Observation

2)a) There was a bin of interlocking cubes on the shelves near the back door where they were accessible to children in care, including a toddler. The cubes measured 3/4" on each side and would be considered items that may pose a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion under this WAC regulation. The licensee removed the cubes during the inspection.
